I was initially assigned a different bus through the operator for the service, which was scheduled to board at 8:00 PM. However, just 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time, I was informed that I had to travel in a different bus. The new bus could not be tracked through the operator, and the boarding point contact repeatedly gave incorrect information about the bus arrival time. As a result, the bus was delayed by around 3 hours. This caused us to reach our destination late in the morning, due to which I had to take leave from the office.

They changed the bus at the last moment. I booked in Volvo 9600. They provided me a Volvo normal bus, which was 7 to 8 years old.
