My worst experience ever in this bus.

This is not a passenger bus. Every 30 to 40 minutes they load a parcel so many times. It is a passenger bus, right? Then why did this happen? Too much time is consumed in parcel uploading and unloading. Because of that, the bus was supposed to reach at 5.30 am but reached at 7.30 am. Please fix this issue; otherwise, good passengers will not travel on this bus. Not recommended for passengers.

Had a wonderful experience today accidentally left my wallet on the bus, but the staff were kind enough to return it to me at Esplanade. I’m truly grateful for their honesty and helpfulness. Thank you to the bus staff for your kindness and support. It really means a lot.

The bus stopped so many times in between the journey, loading and unloading goods. This caused an unpleasant experience and unnecessary harassment in spite of paying high fare around xxx-xxx Rs.
