Driver very slow. Staff behaviour rude. Reached 3 hours late. Unprofessional. According to fare of ticket, an old bus introduced. Never book again.

No cleanliness, no AC working properly, no charging point working. Bus condition was bad and when we reached Patna, the bus glass was broken. They were late by approximately 1 hour.
