No AC at all for the first 5 hours, only in the last 2 hours did they switch on the AC. It was too bumpy and too noisy. There was a bad smell inside the bus.

I paid over ₹xxxx for this journey, yet the condition of my compartment was extremely disappointing. There was no stand, the bedsheet was torn, and the mobile holder was severely damaged. I expected basic comfort, cleanliness, and proper maintenance—not such a terrible experience. I have travelled with bus operator before and had a better impression of the service, but last night’s journey completely changed my opinion. Paying over ₹xxxx for a poorly maintained compartment was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that other passengers do not have to face the same experience.
