Reached Datia at 10:30 am. The scheduled time for Jhansi was 7:10 am. Then the driver told us to get off the bus and take an auto to Jhansi.

How did I get a pleasant trip when the staff behavior was so bad. First, the driver asked me to come to some other place instead of the boarding point that was selected by me, and he did not wait 1 minute. The bus was late at least by 1 hour, and when he arrived at the location, he again asked me to stand on another location that was far away from me. When I was going to that location, he did not wait for me just 1 minute, and instead, I saw the bus in front of me. I also called him multiple times, but he did not pick up my call. I kindly requested officials to take a strict action against the driver because I am a student of Lloyd Law College. The boarding time of the bus was 11:55 PM, and the bus arrived at 1:25 AM in the night onto some other location that was not chosen by me. The driver behavior was also cruel. I wanted to ask how I could get my refund, please help me.

Totally disgusting experience. No comforter, no water bottle. My single sleeper was wet. No facility at all. Trust me guys, take another travel agency, not this one. It sucks.
