I booked ticket for my daughter from KCBT. They just changed the boarding point to Perungulatur at the last moment. She was alone but she came to Perungulatur and stayed in the rain for 3 hours. I will never book again with this travel. Worst experience.

Excellent journey from Tiruchendur to Chennai. The bus was very clean, comfortable, and maintained great punctuality throughout. Smooth driving and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Time keeping in this bus is very worst because my Arrival time is 6:30 am .I thought the bus will arrive at least 7:00 am but the bus had departure at 7:55 am.
