Extremely rude behavior, very disappointing. Experience I had a very bad experience during my journey booked through. I was charged for my small child, and when I questioned the charge, the staff behaved very rudely. Instead of explaining the fare policy professionally, the staff responded arrogantly, saying, “You can complain or write a review if you want.” This kind of attitude towards passengers is completely unacceptable. Customers have every right to ask questions about ticket charges and expect a respectful response. A passenger’s complaint should be taken seriously, not dismissed with such arrogance. I hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action against the staff involved. Charging customers and then treating them disrespectfully is not acceptable. Very poor customer service.

This bus last seats U10, U9 very work. Fan not working. Other seats available but no change.
