All services are very good. Staff behaviour also good. Vehicle reached on time. One thing is not good, vehicle does not have live tracking service. I think it should be made ready for passengers' convenience. Otherwise, all things are very good.

Positive 1. New bus design with privacy, 2. Luggage space within seating arrangement. 3. AC was good and comfortable. Negative 1. Total seat mismanagement, when I boarded the bus, someone else from Latur was sleeping on the seat using the pillow and comforter. 2. Pillows and comforter were used and dirty. 3. Poor punctuality, bus arrived late at Solapur boarding point, no phone call or follow-up before reaching the boarding point, I have followed up twice. 4. The arrival time was 6am to Wakad stop, bus took unnecessarily long halts and rest stops, and the bus was delayed by 2.5 hours, which delayed my entire schedule for office. 5. It felt like a passenger local operated bus, anyone comes and asks where you are deboarding, people sitting in middle row, kept extra luggage.

Please improve bus cleanliness, keep the music volume moderate, avoid calling passengers before reaching their drop point, and ensure staff do not disturb sleeping passengers with loud conversations. These improvements will make the journey more comfortable.
