Bus got stopped in between the journey, I was waiting for hours and finally I had to change the bus. Terrible experience. No information or reason was provided why the bus was stopped for hours.

They don't even deserve a star. Staff was rude with customers all along the way. Abusing customers at the restaurant stop and on drop points. Bus had brake issue.
