1. Delayed departure from Siliguri. 2. Delayed arrival at Begusarai, almost 3 hours delay. 3. Seat condition bad. Recliner chair not properly working. 4. AC vent damaged. 5. Charging point not working. 6. Rest point very dirty. 7. No morning halt for toilet or tea break. So if no bus was available then choose, otherwise avoid the bus.

Overcrowd in bus, seat occupied by other passengers. After getting a seat, they slept on the floor. Very disappointing.

Very poor bus service – extremely disappointing experience. My experience with this bus service was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, passenger comfort was completely ignored, and the staff's behaviour was unsatisfactory. Despite paying the ticket fare, the facilities provided were not worth the money. The company needs to improve its service quality, cleanliness, punctuality, and customer support. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend this bus service to others. Avoid this service if you expect a comfortable and hassle-free journey.
