Drop point route is totally wrong. Mentioned dropping point in application and actual dropping point is different.

Actually the bus arrived before the actual time. They did not even call me. They called me when the bus was at the boarding point. I told him to stop only 10 minutes for me but he did not. I wish you to take it seriously. I did not enjoy the ride.

Such a horrible bus and its service. Last minute they changed the boarding point to 6 kms away place. Completely dirty bus and toilet smell in the bus. Kindly de-list these kinds of buses.

My booked drop point was Kothrud, but the bus terminated at Deccan and I was asked to get down there, it is the regular route of the bus, if the bus does not go to Kothrud, why was Kothrud offered as the drop? as it was raining heavily, i faced considerable difficulty, team is responsible for displaying accurate boarding and drop points.
