The drop-off time mentioned at the time of booking was not followed, and the actual drop-off was delayed by more than two hours. Additionally, the rest stop was not hygienic. Please ensure that the scheduled drop-off time is strictly followed, as many passengers have their own schedules and commitments. Also, please maintain proper hygiene at rest stops.

Bus was full of bad smell, my seat smelled bad, and the driver drove the bus roughly throughout the journey. Very poor management and a very poor journey for me. Worst experience ever.
