The bus was delayed by around an hour, which was inconvenient. There was also an unpleasant smell inside the bus, which affected the overall travel experience.

Worst and most pathetic travel experience. I booked my ticket till Airoli, but the staff asked me to get off the bus before my booked destination, stating that they do not go there. This should have been clearly communicated before accepting the booking. The drivers and staff were extremely unprofessional and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused to passengers. I would never recommend this travel service to anyone. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
