Rating: 0/5 – Extremely poor service. The behavior of the bus conductor was completely unacceptable and disgraceful. A small child used the toilet in the bus bathroom, and instead of handling the situation with patience and understanding, the conductor shouted aggressively at the child's father. This was not how passengers should be treated. Shouting at a parent over a situation involving a small child was unprofessional, disrespectful, and inhumane. Every passenger deserves dignity and respectful treatment. I strongly demand that the bus management investigate this incident immediately, take strict disciplinary action against the conductor, and provide a formal response regarding the action taken. Staff who behave aggressively towards passengers should be held accountable. If the management fails to address this complaint seriously, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate transport authorities. Such behavior was unacceptable and must not be repeated. Zero-star experience. I do not recommend this bus service.
