horrible experience. 1. they changed the bus to a old spare bus without prior information 2. not able to find the bus even after boarding time passes due to the spare bus had other travels name 3.seat Numbers were messed up causing confusion between the passengers 4. no cleaner was there to sort seating issues/load bags on storage compartment 5. poor ac 6.bus was 4 hours delayed to dropping point initially, then it broke down in the middle which delayed the travel time by more than 6 hours A full day wasted and was able to reach by 2pm the afternoon instead of morning 8 am. Choose wisely

Very Poor Service by Janaki Travels – Repeated Breakdowns and Passenger Negligence The service provided by Janaki Travels is extremely poor. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue. I have personally faced similar problems around five times, with repeated bus breakdowns and irresponsible handling of passengers. The same situation happened again this time. We were informed that the bus had broken down, and all the passengers, including women and children, were left stranded on the roadside for nearly 3–4 hours. They arranged another bus for the women and children first, while the remaining passengers had to wait for another 2 to 2.5 hours before another bus finally arrived. We were left waiting on the road until around 6:00 AM. This is completely unacceptable, especially because it is not an isolated incident. Such problems have happened multiple times, showing a serious lack of maintenance and concern for passenger safety and comfort. The replacement bus was also in extremely poor condition and was not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. Another major concern is that the company appears to prioritise transporting additional parcels over the comfort and convenience of its passengers. They reportedly load extra parcels at various locations along the route, including Hosur and other towns, collecting separate payments while passengers are left dealing with delays and inconvenience. Passengers pay for a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey, not to be woken up in the middle of the night and stranded on the roadside because of repeated breakdowns. We had to go through a terrible experience and suffer throughout the night. I strongly urge Janaki Travels to take responsibility, maintain its buses properly, improve cleanliness, and prioritise passenger safety and service quality. Repeated incidents like these are unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service to anyone unless serious improvements are made.

Worst experience. Delayed. Rude staff. Seats changed. Six hours delayed. No information, nothing.

I booked single sleeper but they alloted me in double sleeper. and bus delayed by 4 hours.

Bus is on time, good punctuality, but seat and other things are bad. Staff are good. They make their things good.

Very worst bus driver is waste.

We have booked 2 tickets. We are carrying the 32 inch TV that we kept in our seat area. For that, they charged XXXXX extra.

It is good to travel but if they provide a more hygienic environment it will be good.
