Bus conductor asked to come 100 metres away from the pick-up point. He said the bus does not pick from the pick-up point; you have to come 100 to 150 metres away from the pick-up point.

Bus drop point is bad for couple at night, there is no hotel available near.

There must be the washroom (urination) facility in all the sleeper coaches and the drivers do not stop the buses for urination with one excuse or the other for long, and it becomes difficult for children, ladies, old men, women and patients to travel comfortably. Or the drivers should be ordered to stop the buses after 2 to 3 hours run as a facility for the passengers.

Driver left me at my boarding point in the midnight, he misbehaved with me. Jamna is a worst travel agency. Don't travel with them. My exam was missed due to this bus agency and its staff.
