Jamna & BSS staff otherwise is superb, driver Mukeshji, Laliji, but staff this time was very uncooperative. Bedding too was dirty; I started sneezing the moment I lifted the blanket.

Journey was not comfortable. Bus was jumping high and low. Not able to sleep.

Dropped Varanasi on time, seats were comfortable and wide. Need to improve: 1. Charger sockets were broken. 2. Someone stole water bottles from the seat when the bus was stopped at night for dinner, and after asking the conductor, he said what can we do? Today a water bottle was stolen; next passengers' belongings may be stolen. Then for what purpose do you have CCTV cameras? 3. No water in the toilet basin tap.
