Staff, driver and staff behavior were absolutely bad. They were using slang language with passengers. Moreover, there was an incident where literally a passenger and the driver were fighting. I will never choose this operator.

The washroom was visible in the bus images and structure, but it's just a lie. Also, staff started lying about bus change and charged extra for the washroom.
