Horrible experience. Inside, this bus is very dirty. Stains and spots clearly seen on seats and dust is flying. Small cockroaches are seen on the seats. Rest stop is very unhygienic; even I'm not washing my hands. That's why I'm not taking food. I'm just giving zero rating.

The driver took halt at a very strange place named Shimla Dhaba where even the hygiene condition of toilets was very pathetic.

Bus cancelled and I was adjusted on some other bus which was preponed and I was informed 30 minutes before departure. I had barred a loss of around XXXX rupee just for this monopoly and I booked through intermediary thinking you were genuine intermediary but you also failed my trust.

The bus was scheduled for 7:40 pm but they started at 9 pm, almost 1.5 hrs late. During the whole journey the air conditioning was switched on and off to save fuel probably. I even asked the driver to switch it on, it was getting hot. On asking, he switched it on at that moment but later switched it off again. This on and off continued throughout the journey and even on the last trip when my father travelled, he also complained about the same thing. One thing which was personal to me was the gentry in the bus, not at all good.
