The mobile charging points were not working. The pick was delayed by 45 mits and suggest to have additional washroom break if the drop is delayed.

I booked for sleeper bus and on the way the bus broke down and was forced to enter a bus which is semi sleeper that too a normal bus.

Bus is delayed by almost 1 hour. The trip to Kottayam is still continuing at 8.45 am, but tracking has been disabled for at least the last 30 minutes. This is important for female and minor passengers, with parents tracking the bus. Tracking needs to be available until the disembarkation point. This looks like a deliberate method rather than a technical glitch when the bus is delayed. I had the same experience with another bus about 10 days ago.
