8 year old bus. Water leaks from above onto bed. And it got punctured twice. Had to catch another bus for one fifth of the journey. We were left on our own. Ended up reaching my destination 9 hours late.

The bus was 6 hours late. It seemed like the driver was being taught driving. It was going 10 km/hr. And the Redbus is stupidest application. How can you not even hire a proper developer for this. Live tracking was useless because it wasn't even working. I will suggest all my friends all my acquaintances not to use Redbud again.

Pathetic experience, bus was supposed to reach by 12 pm. It's 2 pm, still 4 hours left. No value for people's time. AC vents were leaking water for the whole ride. Blanket and sheet, curtains also did not look clean. All passengers' suitcases are between the passage of seats, they did not keep them in the bus. Charging premium prices for below average service.

Paid ₹XXXX for Bangalore to Goa, but the service is extremely disappointing. Boarding was scheduled for 8:20 PM at Marathahalli, but the bus arrived only at 10:40 PM. The promised drop-off time was 9:00–9:30 AM, but even at 1:30 PM, I was still on the bus with another 3 hours to go. This is nearly a 7-hour delay beyond the promised arrival time! Completely unacceptable and a waste of my travel time and holiday. and the bus operator must take responsibility, investigate this serious delay, and provide appropriate compensation. I expect accountability and a proper resolution, not excuses. Extremely poor service for ₹XXXX.

There was no proper response while boarding at Mettupalayam. Had given separate boarding mobile number but that person’s response was not proper; it was totally lethargic. Do not do such behavior. Even though a fan was there, they do not switch on the fans; instead, they ask to open windows, but in rainy days opening windows was not at all comfortable. Charging around XXXXX but not providing a fan was not at all acceptable, or else just mention these details too in amenities.
