I had a very disappointing experience travelling on the bus. The person who contacted me from XXXX regarding boarding was extremely rude and disrespectful. He started shouting without even speaking to me properly and continued shouting during pickup. I was standing at the second SRP stop, which I understood to be a designated boarding stop, but he insisted that I should board at the first stop. The way he handled this situation was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the AC bus effectively became a non-AC bus after approximately one hour, as the AC was switched off. The staff member’s aggressive behavior made the situation even more uncomfortable, and passengers may hesitate to complain about the service because of such behavior. Passengers deserve respectful treatment and the facilities they pay for. This kind of staff behavior and poor service can seriously damage the reputation of the bus service.
