Worst experience. Dirty and mud-filled seats. Delayed pick up by 45 min. Delayed drop off by 1.5 hours.

The bus was late 2 hrs and the staff behaviour was worst they did not inform.

Very bad experience. Passengers came to the pickup point on time, but were informed that the bus was 90 minutes late.

Bus was not dropped as per mentioned location, it dropped outside of city, cleaning was not good, bus has a very high noise and it was very difficult to sleep

I had a very comfortable ride and the staff was polite and well-behaved. However, I faced an issue around 3:30 AM and tried calling the helpline, but unfortunately, no one answered the call. Therefore, I would suggest that the driver’s and conductor’s contact numbers should also be provided to customers for any urgent situation, especially during the night. For situations like a bag exchange or any other urgent issue during the night, passengers could contact them directly.
