The hygiene at the rest stop was not good. The travel bus was not clean, and the curtains were dirty and not properly packed or maintained.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 11:00 PM, but it arrived only at around 2:30 AM, which was extremely inconvenient. For a double seat, only one blanket was provided. The charging sockets were not working, and the AC vents were broken, causing cold air to blow directly inside. Because of this, it was extremely cold and uncomfortable throughout the journey. Overall, the service was very disappointing and needs significant improvement.

Bus broke down at unknown place for more than 3 hours, no safety measures for women, no alternative bus arrangements, just fake promises. I want to give 0 rating but it's not available.

We have been booking seats 11 and 12 on this travels, and you are also aware of this. However, the travel staff assigned us seats 15 and 16 instead. If we are not given the seats we booked, then what is the benefit of booking through online. This was a very disappointing experience.

All staff and driver is novice. They are driving recklessly. Not recommended.
