Very bed experience.

Very good.

There was too much dirt on the seat. A proper cleaning was required. I slept using a hanky the whole night. Ask the operator to clean the whole bus properly.

Not comfortable.

My destination was from Bhopal to Mandla (MP), but the bus left me at Jabalpur. They said that the bus was going from Lakhnadon, but the bus didn’t go. They let me leave in Jabalpur from there. My home is 80 km away. That is Mandla. They gave me money for another bus so that I could go.

Very poor experience. The bus I originally booked was cancelled, and the travel operator called me and asked me to take another bus. They clearly told me that there would be no extra charge. However, after I was shifted to the second bus, the bus operator charged me again. This was completely unexpected and caused a lot of inconvenience. If an additional payment was required, they should have informed me beforehand. Very disappointing service and poor coordination.

Worst. The platform was degrading its repo by supporting these bus vendors. I paid till Mandla but they asked me to get down in Jabalpur. Jabalpur was nowhere in route. I was supposed to reach Mandla by 11:30 AM but I reached by 5 PM by my own. I would not recommend to take bus services. It was a terrible journey for me.

Absolutely the worst bus service I had ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service even if it were free. Passengers were treated with absolutely no respect. Seats could be cancelled or changed without any prior information or consent, leaving passengers to deal with the consequences themselves. If your journey involved a connecting bus, do not rely on this service. In my experience, the first bus could drop you at an unknown or inconvenient location and leave you to figure out how to reach your next destination at your own expense. There was no proper coordination and apparently no accountability whatsoever. The staff was equally disappointing. Nobody took responsibility for anything. Every time you asked for help, they simply gave you another person’s number, who then gave you someone else’s number. There was no proper support, and nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the problem. This was not how a professional transport service should operate. Passengers were paying for a service, not for unnecessary stress, confusion, and additional expenses. If you valued your time, money, and peace of mind, think twice before booking this bus service. What should be a normal journey could easily turn into a complete nightmare.
