Drop time was 8:00 am and it is 9:45 am and still we are 80 km away from drop location. Very poor service. 3-4 hours late from drop timing. Very bad service.

Don't book online tickets because whichever seat you choose online, while arriving at the boarding point, the agent will give you the last seat available, stating we don't have any system to check which seat you booked online. Either you take the seat he gives you or forget your journey.

I booked 2 single sleeper but was given double occupancy sleeper, as the original bus was cancelled and single sleeper was not available. Driver and co-driver behaviour was too harsh. At the same time, no customer support was provided to us. Such pathetic service is just not acceptable.
