Bus operator asked us to cancel the bus in last moment, really unhappy with the services and last minute update of cancellation, My experience with services - Never ever cancel any bus when operator asked to cancel bus. You can raise a ticket with red bus team, immediately they will assist you with such issue.

Very disappointing and unprofessional bus service. I travelled on this bus yesterday, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. The bus did not follow the scheduled timings and failed to reach the destination on time, causing unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. What was even more disappointing was the attitude and response of the staff. They were not cooperative, did not provide proper information, and showed very little concern for passengers facing delays. A reliable bus service should value passengers' time and provide clear communication when there are delays or changes in the schedule. Unfortunately, this service failed on both counts. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves punctuality, staff behaviour, communication, and overall passenger service. I would not recommend this service unless significant improvements are made.

The bus that was supposed to arrive in Ballari at 10:30 came at 11:40, and it reached Mysore at 8:30 instead of the scheduled 6:30. This has caused a lot of dissatisfaction/frustration.
