Conductor booked my online seat for someone else. When I booked A5, then how can conductor give the same ticket to another passenger? I waited for 2 hours, then in Latehar I got a seat. Same happened with another online ticket person; his seat was also sold by local conductor. Never ever book online for this bus.

The fare charged was for an AC bus, but the service provided was a non-AC bus, which is a clear discrepancy between the service advertised and the service delivered. Furthermore, the bus was extremely unpleasant due to a strong foul smell, and proper hygiene and cleanliness were not maintained. This made the journey highly uncomfortable and fell well below the expected standards of service. I request that this issue be investigated and that appropriate compensation or a refund be provided for the difference in service quality and the inconvenience caused.

I booked such a bus and someone else made me sit in a non-AC bus, but there was no such bus in the bus. I have the proof.

This was a non AC bus and they also charged the fare of an AC bus, otherwise the bus was on time.
