Bus broke down just after leaving Pune. Was stuck at the same place with no AC for 4 hours. No communication from the driver regarding any backup or repair time. Bus was at Ranjangaon till 5:30 am. Worst service by far.

I did not travel yesterday and did not reach my pick-up point. I did not complete my journey. I am now in Pune. The app is not working properly. Very bad service.

Very disappointing experience with this travel service. The staff was extremely rude and not cooperative. There were also serious issues with time punctuality. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to keep the AC on, the driver switched it off again after every 10 to 15 minutes. My niece was facing suffocation and discomfort because of this, but our concerns were not taken seriously. The staff should be more responsible and respectful toward passengers, especially when someone is facing a health or breathing-related discomfort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

Everything was good. Just one additional drop/boarding point at Wakad would be helpful, especially for IT professionals who currently need to travel to Shivajinagar/Warje for boarding.
