Subject: Complaint Against, Bus Breakdown and Refund Not Processed Dear Team, Today, our bus broke down on the outskirts of Jabalpur at around 7:30 AM. Unfortunately, no mechanic arrived until 11:30 AM, leaving passengers stranded for approximately four hours without proper assistance. Passengers faced significant inconvenience and mental stress due to this irresponsible service. Moreover, the payment has still not been refunded. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Your team has failed to provide timely assistance and has also not processed the refund. I strongly request you to process my refund immediately and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the passengers. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by. Please resolve this matter urgently. Regards,

They did not take the bus till Prayagraj. They took booking for multiple cities like Varanasi and put all passengers to local not AC bus from Rewa. Staff told platform was an agent and they did not take any responsibility if you booked seats from platform. Lots of passengers troubled due to this.
