Very disappointing travel experience. The bus was not clean at all, and there was dust everywhere inside. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the journey very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bus arrived 1.5 hours late. The conductor was using language inside the bus, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The bus also made several unnecessary stops, causing further delays and inconvenience. Overall, this was one of the worst bus journeys I have experienced. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves cleanliness, punctuality, staff behavior, and service quality. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are addressed.

Bus already 4 hrs late. If the bus is running late and you ask to stop somewhere in the morning to freshen up, the driver picks a fight.

My pickup time was 09:40 pm. I was waiting for the bus and it came at 11:55 pm. It was raining. I called multiple times but always got the same response, we are on the way. After this, the seats were not clean, there were insects and also the AC was running continuously and could not be turned off. Because of all this, I reached the location at 11:30 am, which was expected to be 07:10 am. All this happened twice with me with the same bus service company.
