Good service, good driver and attendant.

Lot of noise from the bus, it might be not in good condition and delayed by three hours. At the time of pick up, I needed to wait for two hours on the road with the driver saying that they would reach in a few minutes. I called all the time.

No cleaning, bad smell. delay.

Very bad experience – please think twice before booking this bus. I had a terrible experience with this bus service and would not recommend it to anyone. My pickup was scheduled for 11:40 pm, but the bus arrived around 1:30 am. I had to wait for approximately 1.5 hours, and the driver and staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite repeated attempts to contact the driver, I did not receive proper assistance. The condition of the bus was absolutely unacceptable. The curtains, seats, and blankets were extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were bedbugs in the bus, and I suffered multiple bites that left red marks on my body. I have photos as evidence. I booked a night journey expecting to rest and sleep, but I could not sleep properly throughout the night because of these conditions. The ac was also not cooling properly, making the journey extremely hot and uncomfortable. I paid XXXXX for this journey, but the service and cleanliness were nowhere near what a passenger should expect for that price. Basic hygiene, punctuality, passenger comfort, and respectful behaviour should be the minimum standards of any bus service. I strongly advise future passengers to carefully consider these issues before booking this bus. Nobody should have to spend their hard-earned money on such an uncomfortable and unhygienic journey. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, pest control, ac performance, punctuality, and staff behaviour. This was one of the worst bus experiences I have ever had. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and ensures that other passengers do not have to go through the same experience.

Bus came late at the pickup point and also bus reached the destination 2 hours later than the time mentioned. Even the blankets were not good. Also, the pickup point mentioned as Gachibowli is not correct. The pickup location is Miyapur, which is 13 km far from Gachibowli.

Very travel. Engine over noise directly came in cabin disturb sleep.
