I paid for sleeper seat but except sleeper seat all sitting mobile charging point was working. I asked for help but I changed 4 seats but all charging socket was not working. At last I slept in sitting seat. It's very poor service as well as no one provided water bottle as well. This is first bus to provide this kind of poor service.

During the journey, there were no designated stoppage points with toilet facilities for female passengers. Kindly ensure that future journeys include safe and hygienic restroom stops for the convenience and comfort of women travelers.
