The bus staff allowed a drunk passenger to get on board and created nuisance That individual also urinated beside my seat which caused me extreme mental distress The person was however de boarded later and I was given a new seat But I don’t understand why was the drunk passenger taken on board in the first place.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable journey. The boarding time was 8:00 pm, but the bus arrived 30 minutes early. We were informed at 7:00 pm that the bus would be arriving early, which was inconvenient. After around 4 hours of travel, the bus stopped at 11:30 pm for dinner. There was only one hotel at the stop, and we had no other option. The place was mostly occupied by truck drivers, and the food options were not suitable, so I had to survive on chips. We were told that there were no hotels available along that 4-hour route, which honestly did not seem believable because there were easily 100 hotels and restaurants along the way. It felt like passengers were simply given no choice. The washroom breaks were another major issue. During an 11-hour journey, the bus stopped only twice. The first stop was during dinner, and the second was around 4:30 am. The second washroom facility was extremely unhygienic, with no proper lighting, no locks, and very poor cleanliness. This is completely unacceptable, especially on such a long journey. The condition of the bus was also very poor. It made extremely loud and disturbing noises throughout the journey, making it almost impossible to sleep and causing constant discomfort. Even the ac adaptor was making a lot of noise. Overall, the experience felt more like travelling in an old government st bus than in a private luxury or comfortable bus service. For an 11-hour journey, basic facilities such as clean washrooms, decent food stops, a well-maintained bus, and a comfortable journey should be provided. Very disappointed with the overall service. I would definitely not recommend this service unless these basic issues are addressed.

Overall awesome experience. Bus was clean, on time, very comfortable with good AC. Driver and staff were polite and professional. Smooth journey without any hassle. Highly recommended.
