Ladies washroom was extremely unhygienic. You should change the dhaba stops to another dhaba stop having more hygienic washrooms; otherwise, the number of lady travelers is going to decline soon.

The only review you'll need by a frequent traveler! The Pros : - The bus is good, clean and well maintained. - The staff is punctual and friendly! We even had a diabetes patient on board and they always considered and stopped for restroom halts. - They provide pillows, blankets and water bottle. - The charging ports work. - ON TIME travel, did not get any delay issues at all, no problem in that. What can be improved? - The seats were conjusted for my personal preference. - The rest stop was average of dinner, apart from that other stops weren't nice, from women's perspective and not hygienic. - Driving was a bit harsh on the brakes. Overall Verdict - Go for it, better than some other buses on this route.

It was a bad experience. My father travelled. I booked L7 seat number on time. They changed my father's seat number and there was no punctuality at all. Zero rating from my side.

Very worst experience. I reached three hours late. Also, they did not pick me up at my scheduled boarding point. They asked me on time to reach another boarding point, which was far away from me. It caused me so much mental harassment to coordinate with them and reach there.
