Based on the review, I booked this bus. Staff behaviour and support were nice, and only this one I found good. The rest, everything was below average. It was an old tourist bus they used for travelling.

The driver behaviour and everything related to that was good but the bus was 1 hour late from departure and 3 hours delayed from arrival, which is not acceptable as I booked the bus seeing it arrives early and had plans.

Travelling is very good but blanket has a very bad smell. I can't use that blanket, so I am not sleeping.

The person in the front seat has reclined their chair so far back that my legs are touching it and there's no space for me. Blanket was not provided on the bus.

My seat was L31—right at the back, in a cramped spot. It cost ₹XXX, so I had expected a decent seat.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience while travelling from Kottayam to Vellarikundu with two of my friends. We booked our tickets to Vellarikundu, but the bus dropped us off at Cherupuzha, claiming that it was not going to Vellarikundu. We were told that another bus would be arranged from Cherupuzha to Vellarikundu, but nothing was arranged for us. We were also not provided with the fare for travelling from Cherupuzha to Vellarikundu. The bus was also extremely late. We were told that we would reach Vellarikundu around 6:00 am, but we only reached Cherupuzha at around 8:45 am. This caused us a lot of inconvenience and stress, especially since we had planned our journey based on the promised arrival time. Overall, this was a terrible travel experience. The lack of proper communication, failure to arrange alternative transportation, and significant delay were very disappointing.
