Very very bad and disappointed service. First of all we booked the bus from CMC Vellore to Kolkata. Just before the boarding of 1 hour came to know there would be a break journey. But this was not mentioned anywhere during booking about the break journey. Then boarding point was mentioned in CMC Vellore hospital but bus came to another location of a separate traveller and the location was not safe at all, specially for the women. Bus came delayed then we boarded on bus. That bus dropped us at Chennai. After dropping at Chennai finding the bus was another struggle. However we found the bus at Chennai and boarded into the bus. Our journey was started and bus was stopped somewhere in the highway from more than last 9:00 AM both the driver was sleeping inside the bus just mentioning technician coming. But did not know when actually technician would come. More to say about this bus service. There was mentioned many features in the bus but in actual we did not get any WIFI facility, after boarding on the bus they told toilet could be used by lady passenger only, gents could not use the toilet. And also they did not provide water bottle to the passengers, while water was included. However bus again started after long 15 hours delayed on 12:37 AM night. Bus driver and technicians started fighting after the repairing for a service OTP only. Instead of thinking about the passengers they started fighting among them. The journey should be completed morning about 7:00 AM but it was completed at 12:30 AM night and during the drop they started arguing with the passengers regarding the drop location, drop location was Howrah Babughat and they were refusing to come after the Santragachi. However after the most passengers request they finally dropped at Babughat. I will say journey is not safe at all as they were too much irresponsible about the passengers.

Worst bus that I have ever travelled. Because of rain, beds inside the bus were wet. I do not know whether this is an AC bus or a normal city bus. Waste of money. No cleanliness, live tracking, or AC vents. You will feel like you are inside a closed room with no ventilation.

Worst bus journey of my life, 17 hours stranded on a highway, absolute negligence and a serious threat to passenger safety. This was, without a doubt, the worst and most horrifying bus travel experience I have ever had. What happened during this journey was not merely an inconvenience or a delay. It was a shocking display of negligence, irresponsibility, complete mismanagement, and utter disregard for passenger safety. My original boarding point was Adyar, Chennai, at 8:00 PM. Suddenly, at around 6:00 PM, barely two hours before departure, I received a call informing me that the bus would not pick me up from Adyar. Instead, I was instructed to reach Koyambedu, approximately 1.5 hours away. How could a bus operator arbitrarily change a confirmed boarding point at the very last moment and expect passengers to somehow manage. Despite this ridiculous last-minute change, I somehow managed to reach Koyambedu and board the bus. But believe me, this was just the trailer. The real nightmare was yet to begin. The next morning, a complete disaster. At approximately 7:00 AM, the bus stopped at Eluru for breakfast. Passengers finished their meals, boarded again, and the journey resumed at around 7:30 AM. At approximately 8:00 AM, the bus broke down in the middle of the highway. The reason was a major problem with the rear-wheel brakes. Yes, you read that correctly, the brakes, one of the most critical safety systems of a passenger vehicle. We were left stranded beside the highway, with no meaningful assistance, no proper communication, and no satisfactory alternative arrangement from the bus operator. At around 1:30 PM, after approximately five and a half hours, a few mechanics finally arrived. They informed us that certain parts needed replacement and that those parts were available in Visakhapatnam, approximately three hours away. The bus was somehow temporarily repaired just enough to reach a nearby dhaba, where passengers got down for lunch. And that was it, we were left stranded there until 12:10 AM the following day, 17 hours of absolute misery. Imagine being stranded beside a highway for approximately 17 hours, with no proper resolution, no reliable updates, and no meaningful support from the operator. To make matters even worse, mechanics eventually arrived with the wrong replacement parts, which did not even fit the bus. And the condition of the parts removed from the vehicle was genuinely alarming. They appeared extensively damaged, raising extremely serious questions about the maintenance and roadworthiness of the bus. Was this bus even safe to operate in the first place. Were the brakes properly inspected before allowing passengers to board. How could a bus operator put passengers' lives at risk through such apparently poor maintenance. A brake-related breakdown was not some minor inconvenience. It was a potentially life-threatening safety issue. We were fortunate that the problem did not result in a serious accident. And where was accountability. My biggest question was not just for the bus operator, but also for the platform through which passengers book these services. How were such operators being allowed to provide passenger transportation services. What safety checks, maintenance standards, and operator verification procedures were actually being enforced. Did an effective mechanism exist to ensure that buses listed were properly maintained and safe for passengers. Was collecting booking payments the only priority, or did passenger safety matter too. Passengers trusted these platforms with their money, time, and, most importantly, their lives. That trust came with responsibility. This was not just about a delay, this was about passenger safety, basic accountability, and the complete failure to provide the service we paid for. My final verdict is that if you were looking for a safe, comfortable, reliable, and punctual bus journey, think very carefully before choosing this operator. However, if you were an adventure lover who enjoyed unexpected boarding point changes, mechanical breakdowns, standing beside highways for 17 hours, and wondering whether your bus was even roadworthy, then congratulations, this journey might be exactly the adventure you were looking for. Safety was questionable, comfort was nonexistent, punctuality was a complete joke, customer support was practically absent, and the passenger experience was absolutely disgraceful. I strongly demanded that a proper explanation be provided, this incident be investigated, appropriate corrective action be taken, and a full refund and suitable compensation be issued for the ordeal passengers were forced to endure. A 17-hour breakdown was not a normal travel delay. A serious brake failure was not something to be taken lightly, and passenger safety must never be compromised. Shameful, unacceptable, and completely irresponsible. I would never recommend this operator to anyone.

Still we have not reached the destination. Cons: 1.) At every toll gate we are waiting at least 30 min due to fast tag problems (various issues). 2.) A/C cooling issue. 3.) Still we are travelling, the destination around 60 kms behind. 4.) Old bus - charging plug not working and no pillows, and some areas look dangerous, for example, ladders not fit with screws. Pros: decent driving.
