First of all delayed more than 3hours. still not yet reached. . showing 2 more hours to reach... will cross 11AM to reach home... 2nd thing live tracking was not enabled not sure how to get compensation from this time delay.

On time not stopping for dinner almost 1 AM happening time what's responsibility.

Bus condition is pathetic. Seats are dirty, unable to close windows. Driver and helper are not approachable. I did not get any calls and they left my boarding point. They do not even have a trip sheet to contact the passenger at their pick up points.

we had very bad experience. this bus time was scheduled 11.30 pm at gorguntepalya boarding point. but the bus arrived at 1.30 am. we were waited more than 2 hours. if we call driver was telling we are at yashwantpur, we will come within half an hour. but they came after two hours. this is not a good. I don't recommend this bus
