I enjoyed my journey from Chandgad to Pune. The journey was blissful and relaxed. I don't know why people blame the service, but according to my experience, the service is nice, on time, and the tickets are affordable. I have been travelling for the last five years. Best experience.

Terrible experience. Had to change the bus mid journey. Lower luggage trunks are dirty and exposed to wheel directly. All dirt goes into luggage. Do not travel with Indumati travel. Their buses are old and not so comfortable.

Bus delayed pickup by 2 hours, didn't even inform or pick call. While dropping also same behaviour.

Booked Non AC, but got AC, again changed in middle of the way, booked sleeper to get best sleep but due to change in middle of way waste money, worst service by travel.
