Had a very good experience with the sleeper bus journey. The bus was comfortable, AC was working perfectly, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were good. The driving was smooth and decent throughout the journey. The best part was the punctuality — the bus reached the destination(nigdi) 5 minutes earlier than the given arrival time. Overall, a safe, comfortable and satisfying travel experience. Thank you.

We booked 3 sleeper tickets from Nigdi to Naganwadi (bus no. GA03V0645) but two of them were totally wet because the windows were open. We didn't get an alternative seat either. After calling the driver multiple times, it wasn't sorted out. We also tried calling the manager but they also did not pick up the call.
