15 hours journey, it's like logistics and Paklevekugu service. Bus is good condition no traffic, 10 mins toilet break, no breakdown. I am still in journey. It's proved everything will come with price.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the poor and unacceptable service provided by the bus operator for my journey booked through . During the journey, we were dropped off in the middle of the road, and no alternative bus or transportation was arranged for approximately 30 minutes. We were forced to wait on the roadside, causing significant inconvenience and raising safety concerns. Furthermore, the bus was overcrowded, with no seats available for all passengers. We were forced to stand inside the bus, which is completely unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk.

Due to unavailability of direct buses, I had booked this service with a planned boarding arrangement at Madanapalle. The bus was running significantly late. When I spoke to the driver earlier to confirm my pickup, he instructed me to wait and assured me that he would call before arriving. When the driver finally called upon entering Madanapalle, he did not wait at the designated point. Within 10 minutes, the bus bypassed the location and exited the city without boarding me. I attempted to call the driver immediately and multiple times thereafter, but he did not answer my calls. Because the bus left without picking me up despite the driver's direct assurance and failure to coordinate, I was stranded and unable to travel. Please investigate this matter with the operations team and process a full refund to my original payment method at the earliest. Thank you, I want my money back.

Too late. If you have any connecting buses, then plan at least one and a half hour gap. If arrival time is also too late.

They asked me to getdown 100km away from my town and asked other service to use without even proper seat though I booked sleepr.
