Bus came 2.5 hrs late. Staff was very unprofessional. I was calling the driver repeatedly and his call was on waiting for 2.5 hrs and he didn't care to pick my call even once. Also, he didn't give me any valid reason for the delay. Worst bus service.

Terrible experience with Indo Canadian Express journey. Staff behaviour is also rude. Punctuality 0/10 even. 2 hours late bus and bus staff behaving like it's normal. Being a female traveller, it was a big safety issue. Female passengers please avoid travelling with Indo Canadian Express. Also, live tracking application not working. Pathetic service. It was a big, big mistake of mine to travel with Indo Canadian Express.

The bus driver's driving is very unprofessional and he does not even see any pothole on the road. They do not offer us water during the trip. They delay our trip.

Third-class service, or I think even worse. First of all, the bus timing was 8:50, but the driver was late. When I called him, he said he would reach by 9:15 and that the passenger was just 100 metres away. Still, they didn’t wait even for a single minute. Also, he was talking rudely and shouting. He clearly doesn’t know how to speak with passengers. Then I called customer care, and their service is also of the lowest standard; they don’t even have any standard. They said the bus can be late by an hour, but passengers should not have such a bad experience.
