The designated cab dropped us 45 minutes late from Nainital to Haldwani bus stand near Shri Balaji showroom because the existing bus left us even after informing that we were on the way and late because the cab stopped working 7 kilometers away from Kathgodam and we had to wait for another designated cab to reach the designated bus stand. The bus driver did not wait, left us, and the operator allotted another bus at 2:50 PM. The allotted rescheduled bus arrived late at 3:15 PM. As we had to catch the train from Delhi, we had to leave with a local cab to commute to Delhi. Even after informing the operator after getting the notification of rescheduling the bus that we had to catch the train, so we needed to leave by local cab and could not wait that long to take the bus late and requested to cancel our booking for the same and refund us the amount. However, they did not note our request and neither took any action. The rescheduled bus driver called us around 3:17 PM to catch the bus. We informed him also that we had spoken with the operator and requested to cancel the booking and requested a refund. Later, we filed a complaint. It was a seriously bad experience both at the time of going to Nainital and coming from Nainital. I would never book or recommend this company bus again in my entire life.
