One of the worst experiences I ever had in a bus since the last two years. Firstly, the lights were on until 2:00 AM, and the staff were continuously talking until 2:00 AM until I raised a complaint. As a passenger booking a sleeper bus, we wish to have a better experience, but this bus failed that. Never booking again.
