Worst bus experience ever. The charging point was broken, the AC was not working, and the bus was delayed by 5 hours. Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable journey. Very poor service. Definitely not recommended.

Auto cancel my bus ticket many times and AC not working. Bus is not hygienic and the bus ticket number given is not available. No incoming call or WhatsApp call, and we cannot track the bus. Overall, it is the worst journey and a waste of money.

Everything was fine until bus stops every stop for their extra income. I am okay with that. The thing is, why are you guys increasing the prices on weekends? On weekdays it's fine, we can understand everyone should survive, but on weekends everybody wants to spend quality time with family. A little fewer stops is fine. So please take my suggestion in a positive way. Thank you. Apart from that, staff and amenities are good.
