I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent journey. The ticket is booked from Jodhpur to Jhunjhunu, but passengers are transported from Jodhpur to Nagaur through a connecting bus instead of the direct bus. After reaching Nagaur, passengers also have to take a rickshaw to reach the connecting bus, which is inconvenient and confusing, especially when travelling with luggage. I also found the staff behaviour quite rude and uncooperative towards passengers. The staff should be more polite, respectful and helpful. Another major issue is the lack of proper toilet facilities during the journey. For a long-distance journey, basic toilet amenities should be available or proper stops should be provided. I request the service to improve the coordination between connecting buses, clearly inform passengers about the bus change and transfer arrangements at the time of booking, train staff to behave more professionally, and provide basic toilet facilities during long journeys. I hope these issues will be taken seriously and improved for a better passenger experience in the future.

Bus did not take passengers from boarding point. Another bus from the route took passengers to Nagore. Nagore to Delhi, another bus.
