Live tracking was not available. There was no blanket and seats were not hygienic and clean, giving smell. Worst experience of mine compared to all journeys until today.

Inside the bus, there were spice bags and rice and wheat bags. The spices affected my nose and caused an allergy. Many people were frustrated.

The bus had loud music on all night and I did not sleep peacefully because of the music.

Journey was good, seats are also comfortable and big but there was no pillow, no blanket and not even water bottle. Also, the lower seats only have curtains, no door or sliding window for privacy. Staff behaviour was really nice and driving was also comfortable.
