Full night heavy mosquitoes biting. When informed the driver, he told me to inform. He did not even show courtesy in speaking.

So basically, first of all the bus was late, and moreover, they did not inform us about the delay. I tried calling the driver multiple times and he never answered and more over the password was supposed to be there at 10:10 till 1150. We had to wait. Further, the bus did not wait at my stop and directly moved ahead while I saw it leaving. I did call up the driver and then he understood that he has not picked us up and he requested us to actually come to the said location, and never compensated for the travel.. I am completely upset by the experience because it was late at night, and it was raining.

I had a very bad experience travelling from Bengaluru to Ramanathapuram, and I strongly advise other passengers to think twice before booking this bus. First, I booked my ticket for Ramanathapuram, but the driver dropped me at a different location instead of the booked drop-off point. He demanded an additional XXXXX to drop me at my requested location. Why should passengers pay extra money when they have already booked their tickets for a specific destination? This kind of behavior was completely unacceptable. The overall service was also terrible. Unprofessional driver demanded an extra XXXXX to drop me at my booked destination. Poor sleeper cleanliness: the sleeper class was full of hair and was not properly cleaned. Unhygienic rest stops: the restroom facilities at the stops were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Pickup delay: the bus arrived approximately 2 hours late. Drop-off delay: I was dropped off approximately 5 hours later than the expected arrival time.

The scheduled drop-off time was 6:10 AM, but the bus arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late, causing significant inconvenience due to urgent commitments. The punctuality, cleanliness, and seat comfort were unsatisfactory. I request a full refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Kindly take this complaint seriously and ensure better service in the future.
