Firstly, charge points are not working across the bus. All passengers faced a lot of challenges without charge points. Live tracking was not working throughout the journey. Drop point selected was Ameerpet but dropped after Patancheru at one place which is far away from my selected drop point. Delayed while boarding by 2 hrs and 2 hr 30 mins late drop.

The bus was delayed by 6 hours, and the replacement bus provided was extremely unhygienic. I specifically booked a bus with a toilet, but the replacement bus had no toilet facilities. Additionally, the drop-off location was changed, forcing me to get down at a different location and arrange a cab at my own expense. This entire experience was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
