Bus timings are wrongly mentioned. It reached 90 mins late. Conductor and assistant are hopeless. My leg got hurt while closing the internal door.

The bus was supposed to start at 5. Got the message it would be late by an hour. It was 3 hours late and started at 8. I won't ever travel like this.

I am travelling Sunday Surat to Kolhapur. Blanket, AC and customer service is super. Also travel time is correct. Rates also suitable.
