The pickup point given at Edappally pillar XXXX. And the bus did not come that way at all. Nobody informed us regarding this. We had to run in the middle of the night to reach the exact pick-up point. We also took an auto. Who will be responsible for our extra expenses and stress felt at that time? Why was there no information regarding the exact pick-up point? They raised issues against me. I need a proper explanation for this. I felt it was a terrible experience and will not choose this travel again.

They shifted to another bus in the journey and no reminder call, no tracking facility, no blanket. We will never take it next time.

Had a good travel experience. Everything was fine, no major issues. Considering the budget, it was a comfortable and worthwhile journey. Would definitely recommend it.

I have travelled in Holly Mariya travels from Kannur to Ernakulam on 13.7.2026. It was the worst, bus seats are shabby. Even though it was an AC bus, they have not provided a blanket.

The charging spot was not available and there was an ugly smell from the old bus which was not worth the price.

Staff behaviour was rude. Live tracking was not available. The bus left the boarding point before the departure time without picking me up. This is the worst bus I have ever seen.
