Don't choose this bus because while travelling it's not smooth and doesn't feel like an Airbus.

The bus lights and switch quality should be better. Sleep is comfortable, but 1 hr delayed.

The bus arrived 20 minutes later than the scheduled arrival time and departed more than 2 hours behind schedule. Overall, it was a very delayed and disappointing journey.

This has been a very disappointing travel experience. I was supposed to reach by 7:30 AM, but it is already 11:00 AM and I am still travelling on the bus. The delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Considering this extremely poor service and the delay, I kindly request you to refund my ticket amount, if possible.

Bus is not moving as per mentioned route, actually it should reach my drop at 6.30 AM but still it may take more than 1.5 hours. I have travelled with my kids, how to manage for breakfast.

Very very worst experience. Please don't book this bus. When I travelled 6 months back, it was caught by police because of no permit and stopped in mid for 2 hours. Again I travelled today. This time their other bus broke down and all those bus people were taken in our bus. So many people in a single bus and stopped in mid for 2 hours. Also, the route was very long and irritating, covering 2 bus routes. I reached my destination 6 hours late. I will never look after this bus anymore. Every member in bus is highly disappointed.
