Very disappointing experience. The bus refused to pick us up, stating that there was an RTO inspection or checking issue. This happened while it was raining, leaving us stranded and inconvenienced. Whatever the reason, passengers should not be left waiting without proper communication or an alternative arrangement. Very poor service and customer handling. I would not recommend this service.

Bus pickup time was 9:00pm from Chennai to Kodaikanal. I boarded around 11:30pm. When I called the driver, he cut my call. There was no clear response on the pickup time. I stood on the road for 2.5 hours with my luggage. There was no live tracking either. How will I know where the bus is? Did they leave without picking me up? There was no apology after I boarded the bus. Irresponsibility from the travel agency.

The bus operator kept some boxes in my berth. I was asked to adjust with that. During the travel, I couldn’t stretch my legs fully.

I was supposed to get down in Perumalmalai. I already informed the driver and staff; they said okay, we will call you. I slept, they crossed almost 10 km and then they stopped. I asked them how I will go back; they were laughing. It's happening with all the North Indian guys who are staying in South India as per their face recognition; they're troubling us. It's not new; my friends' circle is also experiencing this kind of incident. I was supposed to get down at 7 am; still, I am waiting for a lift because there is no regular bus here and all. How they trouble us. Please take serious action so that it shouldn't happen with other passengers.
