Boarding experience is worst. Live tracking is not working and the bus operator mobile number was not working as well. I had no idea whether the bus will arrive or cancelled. Once I got the working mobile number through customer care, they are not responding well and not giving information about the location of bus or ETA. There is no hygiene at all in the bus. Sheets and pillows are not good. Even there is no pillow cover for that. Overall experience is worst and I encourage no one to book this bus.
